By booking with us, you access a premium service backed by more than a decade of experience operating in Peru. Please read the following points carefully; each clause has been drafted to protect you and guarantee the quality that characterizes Terres des Incas.

Travel contract

The contract is formalized when Terres des Incas S.A.C. confirms in writing the receipt of the initial deposit. From that moment, both parties are protected by the provisions of Legislative Decree 686 (Consumer Protection Regime) and Law No. 30042 (General Tourism Law). The person signing the reservation declares to have full authorization from the rest of the travelers.

Payment facilities

• Initial deposit: $600 USD (non-refundable, except proven force majeure).
• Payment methods: credit/debit card (Visa, MC), SWIFT transfer or Western Union.
• Payment gateway commission: 5.5% (only additional cost, transparent and always informed in advance).

Tax transparency

All prices are expressed in US Dollars and include VAT when applicable. Passengers who qualify for VAT exemption (tourists staying less than 60 days) must present a valid original passport and TAM (Andean Migration Card) at check-in.

Flexibility for customer changes

We know plans can vary. Therefore, we offer:

• First change free if requested 60 days or more in advance.
• Subsequent changes: administrative fee of USD 60 + actual differences with providers.
• Passenger substitution: possible up to 90 days before (fee USD 80) except for Inca Trail hikes.

Commitment to operation

Terres des Incas S.A.C. undertakes to execute the tour exactly as sold. We will only vary the itinerary for:

• Group safety.
• Orders from public authorities.
• Force majeure.

In such cases, we will offer alternatives of equal or greater value.

Safety and assistance 24/7

During your trip you will have:

• Direct WhatsApp line for support in Spanish and English.
• Certified guides with first aid and portable oxygen.
• Medical evacuation protocol with travel assistance insurance (optional at 1% of the tour value).

Country entry requirements

It is the traveler’s responsibility to manage a passport valid ≥ 6 months, visa (if applicable) and updated vaccines (yellow fever for the Amazon rainforest). Terres des Incas S.A.C. provides free advice and official documentation.

Personalized attention and complaints

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any incident arises:

• Report it immediately to the guide or our central office (+51 927466911).
• If it persists, communicate it in writing within a maximum of 15 days after the tour ends.
• We are committed to resolving any problem within 24 business hours after notification.

Air reservations

Terres des Incas S.A.C. issues and manages your domestic flights with the lowest market fares. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the airline authorizes changes (managed with additional cost to the client).

Acceptance of these conditions

By paying the deposit, you acknowledge having read, understood and fully accepted these conditions, which govern the relationship between you and Terres des Incas S.A.C. and replace any previous agreement, verbal or written.
